2022 United States Society on Dams (USSD) Annual Conference & Exhibition

USSD is excited to welcome you in person to beautiful San Diego, CA for the 2022 Annual Conference & Exhibition, April 11-14. A separate field tour is scheduled for April 15. The venue will be the newly renovated Town and Country Resort in the Mission Valley.
The conference agenda is packed with over 100 technical sessions, two plenary sessions, a Legacy lecture, and six workshops. Of course, while the purpose of the conference is technical knowledge exchange, there will be plenty of time to network with colleagues and industry leaders with two exhibit hall receptions and lunches. The Exhibit Hall, now known as the Marketplace, will be the place to view the latest products and services from exhibitors. Spend time in the Marketplace to win prizes donated by USSD and our exhibiting companies. Plan on staying through Friday to take advantage of Thursday’s workshops, included in your full registration, and Friday’s field tour (additional fee).
Your full conference registration fee includes all technical presentations, marketplace activities and a ticket to the closing wrap party on Wednesday night. You won’t want to miss this party! It will take place in Old Town at Casa de Reyes and be a fun way to end the main portion of the conference prior to a day of workshops and field tour.
Don’t forget to bring your running shoes and workout clothes to take part in the annual 5k walk/run and morning fitness activities! Proceeds from these activities benefit the USSD Scholarship Program.
The program is being developed and a preliminary schedule will be uploaded later this year. Plan on arriving for Monday morning’s Legacy Lecture and attend a technical committee meeting in the afternoon. Come early and stay after to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer.
