2024 Universities Council on Water Resources (UCOWR)/National Institutes for Water Resources (NIWR) Annual Water Resources Conference

UCOWR and NIWR invite you to engage with leading researchers, educators, water managers, students, and other professionals from across the globe seeking to develop new and innovative collaborations and transdisciplinary solutions to complex water resources challenges.

UCOWR is a consortium of academic institutions and affiliates invested in water resources research, education, and outreach. NIWR plays a major role in addressing water-related concerns by providing a platform for research, training, and collaboration at the state level. Housed in the nation’s land-grant universities and four U.S. territories, the 54 NIWR member institutes leverage university expertise in research, education, and outreach to find solutions for the water management challenges we face.

The annual conference is a prime venue for fulfilling both organizations’ missions of expanding the capacity of universities and their partners to address current water resources challenges through sharing expertise, fostering leadership, and developing interdisciplinary collaborations.
