Everyone knows the work doesn’t stop after a plan has been created; successfully delivering finished projects requires strategic thinking and collaboration, navigating the complex world of funding, and overcoming anticipated and unforeseen challenges to drive a project forward from planning all the way to construction and beyond. How do we think holistically about a project across all parts of its lifecycle and better plan for ultimate project implementation?
With this theme, conference organizers hope to emphasize the four main aspects of the project lifecycle (planning, design, construction, and maintenance).
This conference will feature speakers and panelists from local, state, and federal agencies as well as universities and non-profits to discuss critical connections between these aspects and highlight how holistic thinking can drive successful project completion.
